Cash on delivery: delivery within 2–3 business days.
In-store pickup: you can pick up your order directly at our location at Via Leonardo da Vinci 21, 33050, Torsa di Pocenia (UD).

Shipping costs vary depending on the selected method and the order value:

Standard shipping:
Orders under €40.00: €6.00
Orders of €40.00 or more: Free

Cash on delivery:
Orders under €40.00: €9.99
Orders of €40.00 or more: €3.99

In-store pickup:
Orders under €40.00: Free
Orders of €40.00 or more: Free

Delivery times

Delivery times for all shipping methods are as follows:

Standard shipping: 2–3 business days.
Cash on delivery: 2–3 business days.
In-store pickup: available immediately after order confirmation.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and in any case no later than 48 hours, from confirmation.

Shipment tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can monitor the shipment status directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout. It’s important to enter a correct and complete address to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next day, or provide instructions for collection at a pickup point.
