We are the Paulitti family. Our roots lie in Friulian agriculture, where our journey began in 1992. In 2021, we founded Spiripau®, dedicating ourselves to the cultivation of 100% Italian organic spirulina.

From 1992 to today
Our roots are deeply grounded in Friulian agriculture. Since 1992, the Paulitti family has worked the land with respect and dedication.
In 2021, Spiripau® was born, the project that transforms agricultural experience into innovation, dedicated to the cultivation of 100% Italian organic spirulina.
Our method
We cultivate in protected greenhouses, use filtered and tested artesian well water, dry at low temperatures, and package in protective packs.
Each batch is tested and certified before sale to ensure quality and safety.
Recognition
In 2023, the Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone–Udine awarded us the Diploma of Merit with Gold Medal.
